standubin I always thought Stevie Winwood had one of the best voices of his time.
standubin Gerry and The Pacemakers singing "Ferry Cross the Mersey." What more needs be said?
standubin Where was YouTube in the 60s when I needed them? This was Procol Harum's smash hit...
standubin Not a hugely famous Procol Harum song, but a major hit with my crowd. Gotta love a story put to sound. Vocals are incredible.
standubin The Pentangle - this video looks like late 60s, early 70s. John Renbourn and Bert Jansch: two of the top (mainly acoustic) guitarists of their time.

standubin Ed Sullivan, Shea Stadium, The Beatles, Twist and Shout...what else is there to say?
standubin I liked the Rolling Stones when they created real melodies.
standubin The entire Peer Gynt Suite is exceptional and "Morning" is the piece that gets things going. And this is a quality YouTube recording!
standubin A nine year old playing a Chopin piano concerto and playing it superbly!

standubin for me, this was one of John Mayall's finest tunes!
standubin A little slow, a little sad, but incredibly expressive.
standubin This is by far my most favorite piano concerto!
standubin Traveling Wilburys kind of remind me of Blind Faith. Different genre, but a collection of greats coming together for a brief moment in time!
standubin Yo-Yo Ma hits the Silk Road and delivers!
standubin Great behind-the-scenes look at one of my fave Celtic bands -- Capercaillie.

standubin "Versatile" doesn't come close when the Neville Bros cover a Dylan song like "With God on Our Side." Extraordinary is closer.
standubin When the Neville Bros cover a song like "Will the Circle Be Unbroken," you know you've been brought home...sweet home.
standubin A very unique and soul-full version of Amazing Grace.
standubin This Chris Botti and Yo Yo Ma collaboration is a 15 on a scale of 1-10.
standubin I just saw Chris Botti live tonite @ Clearwater Jazz Fest. He and Lucia did this amazing duet of "Emmanuel" --- transporting!
